Cape cod is manufactured from selected Western Canadian Lodgepole Pine. The wood is kiln dried and band sawn to produce a textured faced cladding.

Owing to the excellent factory controlled conditions in which Cape Cod Sidings are produced the new owner of a building on which Cap Cod Sidings are installed can expect, according to the Cape Cod installation instructions that the factory finish will carry the manufacturers 15 year warranty.

Guaranteed not to:

• Crack, peel or blister
• Chalk so as to discolour surfaces below
• Erode or expose the substrate
• Become damaged when dirt is washed off

We reserve the right to amend profile dimensions without notice. Please check current dimensions with our sales office if you are matching up profiles that have been supplied in the past.
