We have our own manufacturing facilities at the Baluniefield Trading Estate in Dundee where Rembrand Door Sets manufactures a range of these products. These include basic door sets and cut and lip door blanks. And for those seeking a one off, tailored solution, we have our own finishing facilities on site which enable us to manufacture any veneered door to the customers very own specification.

Rembrand Doorsets have been assessed and certified as meeting the requirements for ISO 9000, doorsets are manufactured under the certifire scheme and are FD 30 / FD 60 fire rated. All doors being third party certified within the BWF / certifire scheme manufactured by leading door manufacturers. eg Jeld Wen, and Premdor.

Unique BWF - Certifire labels are affixed to all doors / doorsets during the manufacturing process (monitored and recorded) enabling complete traceability once the doors have been installed.

We are also Certifire approved to cut and glaze various aperture sizes in all types of fire doors, it should be noted that any aperture being cut and glazed on site will invalidate all fire certification therefore it is imperative that this work is carried out by a certified manufacturer.

In addition to the above we are also registered with the BWF as a prime door manufacturer using Flamebreak door blanks (FD30 / FD60). These high quality paint grade doors are cut and lipped in our manufacturing process to any size required by our customers.

Our Flamebreak range also carry BWF - Certifire tamper proof labels fixed to the top of all doors. All Flamebreaks are supplied as complete doorsets or doors only which can also be apertured and glazed to customers specifications.
